Can I send you my own Customer Product Photos for you to use on the website?
Yes! Click here to go to our Contact Us page and click on the "Contact Us" link in the bottom middle of the page, and on the forum pop-up use the "Upload Your Customer Product Photo (1 at a time)" button to send us your photo (10MB max file size). Note that you must send us 1 photo at a time.
What if a Design I like is missing from one of the Product Categories you carry?
If you have a favorite design of ours that is on some of our products, but isn't on the category you wanted to buy it on (say an iPhone case), contact us here and we will try to prioritize getting it added to the store.
Who designs all of the shirts?
All of the t-shirt designs are made from concept to execution by Sammi's dad, Matt Haney, who has a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Communication Design from Southwest Texas State (now simply “Texas State”). He also got to play Esperanza’s dad on Raising Dion in 1 brief scene (blink and you will miss it). On Raising Dion Sammi's character Esperanza got to wear her dad's "Different Does Not Equal Less" t-shirt design, which is available here on the store.
How do I know which size shirt to order?
Each product page has a size chart on it.

What are your Return Policies?
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
We do not offer returns for wrong address, unclaimed shipments, buyer’s remorse or size exchanges.
What type of Credit Cards/Payments do you accept?
For your convenience they are displayed at the bottom of every page (hover over the icons for the full name of each card).
Do you ship to all countries?
We ship to almost every country! Because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations we currently do not ship to Crimea, Cuba, Iran, Syria and North Korea. This list may change periodically. We ship internationally to all other countries!
What kind of shipping do you offer?
We offer live shipping rates which are real-time carrier-calculated rates that are based on the weight, the destination, and the shipping method. Our shipping method provides you with lower shipping rates than other T-Shirt stores that charge high flat rate shipping prices. Our carriers are USPS, FedEx, APC Postal Logistics, Latvijas Pasts, DHL and dpd.
How long does Production + Shipping take?
It takes about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (posters etc.) products. You then need to add the shipping time on top of that (see charts below).
97% of our orders should ship (be initially mailed out, not delivered) within 5 business days. More than half of our orders should ship (be initially mailed out, not delivered) within 3 business days or less. See the charts below for additional shipping time.
